Fondazione Edu promuove un manuale di scienze agrarie rivolto alle Università africane sul tema delle NUS – Neglected and Underutilized Species, realizzato da Anafe -The African Network for Agriculture, Agroforestry and Natural Resources Education, la rete di univeristà africane specializzate in scienze agrarie e forestali con sede a Nairobi.
